■ 공급관련 정보

1.사용연령: 만14세이상 사용가능
-14세 미만 어린이에게는 판매하지 않습니다.(어린이용 아님)

2. 기본배송비는 3,000원이며 5만원이상 결제시 무료배송입니다.

3. 배송은 안전하고 빠른 우체국 택배를 이용하고 있습니다.

4. 평일 오후4시이전 결제 완료된 주문건은 당일 출고가능합니다.
-주말 및 공휴일에는 출고 및 배송이 진행되지 않습니다.

5. (주의사항) 경고: 3세 미만의 어린이는 사용할 수 없음.
-작은 부품을 포함하고 있음.

6. 매장 방문은 불가합니다.

■ 청약철회 및 계약해제

*교환 반품이 불가능한 경우
-고객님의 책임있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우(단.상품의 내용을 확인하기위한 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외)
-고객님의 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한경우
-시간의 경과에 의하여 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우

■ 교환/반품/보증조건과 절차

1. 교환, 반품시 반드시 수령일로부터 7일이내에 1:1 문의 게시판,또는 고객센타로 접수해 주셔야 교환, 반품처리가 가능합니다.
2. 고객 변심에 의한 교환 및 반품일 경우 왕복 택배비(6,000원)을 고객님이 부담하셔야 합니다.

3. 환불은 제품 수령후 환불계좌를 통해 환불처리 해드립니다.
